• The wheel loader is needed to bring the trosses and equipment from the unloading place to the construction site.

• The plate compactor is needed to compress the re-filled soil above the prefabricated foundations (item 002)
• Exchanging the soil to fulfill the given specifications will be charged at actual costs if necessary
• Costs will be charged at actual time and effort

The costs for wheel loader, excavator and plate compactor are rough estemations based on common prices in germany. These costs will be charged at actual time and efford based on proof of expenditure.

Alternatively the client may provide suitable machines at his own costs.
